We can all agree the holidays are a tough season. But, that doesn’t mean we have to give up because of a few setbacks. Those setbacks should only make us try harder. I am committing to lose 2 pounds per week for 11 weeks for a total loss of 22 pounds. I can do this i just have to be motivated and constantly reminding myself how amazing it will be in the end. Also a lot of the time I make excuses. Like when I’m on my period I think I deserve this pizza and candy bar but really I should look at that food and think Nope, I deserve better. Because I do. And so do you. Don’t let cravings and temptations dictate your life. You deserve better!
